  • * When dal turns down and mustard seeds crackle, add red chillies and curry leaves.
  • * Add this tadka to the batter.
  • * Grease idli mould and pour this mixture evenly into the idli mould and steam for about 20 minutes and your Suzi idli is ready to serve hot.
