BREAD PAKORA

Bread pakora is a good option for breakfast.

*Prepare fillings of potatoes. First boil potatoes, peel and mash them, add coriander leaves, green chillies, red chilli powder, mango powder, and salt and mix it properly.

* Make basan batter in a separate bowl.

* Make green chutney and keep it ready.

* Cut bread into two triangular pieces. Put green chutney and potato batter on one triangle slice of bread and cover it with the second one. Dip in besan batter and fry. Your bread pakora is ready for breakfast.

SWEET VEGETABLE SANDWICH

This is the best option for those who like a plain cold sandwich.

* Make slices of sweet boiled potatoes, cucumber, onion, and tomato.

* In a bowl mash avocado, and add pepper and salt.

* In another bowl adds mustard paste, melted butter, and honey.

* Take bread and spread different layers and put another bread over it.

* Cut it into two pieces and have it directly for breakfast.

BREAD POHA

Poha is always the best option for your breakfast. It is a light and healthy option early in the morning.

* Take brown bread and cut it into small square pieces.

* Put oil in a pan and add mustard seed and curry leaves. Add peanut, chana dal, urad dal, and cook.

* Add chopped onion and saute. Then add chopped green chillies and tomato.

* Add chopped green and red capsicum and cook for few minutes.

* To this cooked mixture adds bread pieces. Sprinkle few water drops and mix well.

* Serve bread poha for breakfast.
