PACKAGED FRUITS JUICES AND SODA.
Whole fruits only can give the required nutrients. Eating fruits is always good. But packaged fruit juices are low in fiber, minerals, and vitamins, and also they contain added sugar. Most of the packaged fruit juices and drinks having 19 grams of sugar and sugar-sweetened soda contain 150 calories, which comes from added sugar. It is advisable to avoid juices and soda as it invites diseases like obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular disorders, etc.

SUGAR-FREE PRODUCTS.
We often think that using sugar-free products is a more safe way to avoid sugar but that’s not the case. But interestingly using sugar-free products isn’t a healthy choice. It can lead to several health issues. Actually, sugar-free products contain sugar alcohol, such as sorbitol and mannitol. This sugar alcohol can’t be completely absorbed. Consuming too much leads to digestion problems as well as weight gain.
