1 Makhana Tikki

Ingredients:

4 cooked and mashed potatoes

-1 cup roasted, ground Phool Makhana (Lotus Seeds)

2 finely chopped green chilies

-2 teaspoons of crushed roasted peanuts (Moongphali)

a single little bunch of finely cut coriander (dhania) leaves

-To taste, rock salt

Creating a preparation:

1. Grind the makhana into a coarse powder after roasting it in a pan with some ghee.

2 Samoa Yogurt

Ingredients:

1 cup soaking, cooked tapioca flour (sago)

1 cup curd (yoghurt or dahi)

a single ripe banana, cut

1 cubed apple

A half cup of anardana powder (Pomegranate Seed Powder)

-4 teaspoons of honey

-2 tablespoons of sliced, roasted badam (almond)

Creating a preparation:

1. Soak the tapioca pearls for approximately 4 hours in water. After draining the water, boil the pasta for about 5 minutes, or until it is soft and cooked.

2. Have all the fruits available. In a bowl, combine yoghurt, fruits, and nuts with the boiled sago. Over it, drizzle the honey.

3 Shakarkandi chat.

Ingredients: 1-2 cups chopped, cooked sweet potatoes.

Black pepper powder, 1/4 teaspoon

as needed, 12 tsp amchur powder (dry mango powder)

1 teaspoon lemon juice

rock salt as necessary

Method:

First, give sweet potatoes a thorough water rinse.

After that, steam them in a pan or a pressure cooker. If using a pressure cooker, cook the sweet potatoes under pressure for three to four whistles with just enough water to cover them.

Peel and cut the sweet potatoes when they have finished cooking and cooled slightly.

Add rock salt, black pepper, and amchur powder to the bowl with the pieces.
