CHICKEN CRISPY.

This chicken dish is much loved by all non-vegetarians. For this recipe take chicken strips and combine them with marinating spices, corn starch, salt, and flour. Deep fry till it becomes brown and keeps separate. Add oil in the vessel, add sliced green chilies, onion, spring onion, green and red capsicum and saute properly. Add fried chicken, green chilies sauce and salt mix well cook for a minute. Your chicken crispy is ready.

CHICKEN TANDOORI.

This dish is preferred by all and it requires less oil which is beneficial for your health. First step is to marinate your chicken with yogurt, garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chili powder, salt, and ginger garlic paste and combine it well. Drizzle with little olive oil and lemon juice on the top. Keep it for a longer period as possible to have great marination. After this process, grill it in the oven till it is cooked properly. For more spicy chicken tandoori you can mix chili powder in oil and brush it on both sides of semi-cooked tandoori chicken and grill it further. Your chicken tandoori is ready for dinner.

CHICKEN KADAI.

Marinate chicken well in ginger garlic paste, all spices, lemon juice, garam masala, turmeric powder, salt, etc and combine well to form a good mix. and keep it for 2-3 hours. In a kadhai add oil, Jeera, and Rai and let it pop up, then you can add chopped onion and saute till the onion become brownish and looks translucent. Add marinated chicken to Kadai and once it is cooked, cook more until the water dries up and you will receive a dry consistency of chicken and your Chicken Kadai will be ready to be served for your special dinner. You can have chicken Kadai with rice, naan, roti, or even dosa and enjoy.
