Ingredients-
1 scoop chocolate protein powder, 1 peeled banana, 1 tsp mini semi-sweet chocolate chips, 2 tsp no calories sweetener, ½ cup water.

Ingredients-

Instructions :-

- Pour batter, up to 1/4 cup, into the waffle iron, and cook according to the instructions.

3. Pancake recipe-.
Ingredients-
1/2 cup mashed banana, 3 egg whites, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder.
Instructions:
- mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl until smooth to make pancakes.
- Heat a nonstick pan on medium heat and lightly spray it.
- Add approximately 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan and cook until bubbles form, which should take 3 to 4 minutes.
- Flip the pancake and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
- Once cooked, remove the pancake from the pan and repeat the process until all the batter is used.
- Make sure to spray the skillet with nonstick spray when cooking the pancakes.
- Finally, top the pancakes with fresh fruit, honey, or your favorite nut butter, and enjoy!
4. French toast recipe-
Ingredients-
Low cal bread 45 calories per slice, 2 eggs – egg white, ½ tbsp cinnamon powder, ½ tbsp vanilla extract, Low-calorie sweetener, unsalted butter, Nonstick cooking spray.
Method-
- In a broad dish, combine egg substitute, cinnamon, and vanilla extract, and keep it aside.
- Bring a pan and put nonstick spray to medium-high heat on the stove.
- Add some butter and let it coat the bottom of the pan.
- Meanwhile, coat bread on both sides with the egg mixture and cook egg-coated bread in the pan.
- Cook them until they turn golden brown, and add your favorite topping.
