Want to eat dessert just like the actresses, then try this recipe and enjoy this winter. It’s always fun to indulge in hot gajar halwa and a cold cheesecake in winter.

Here’s the recipe for Cold Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake

Ingredients

1/4 Cup Butter

12 Lotus Biscoff biscuits

200 grams of Cream Cheese

1/4 Powdered sugar

1/4 Heavy whipping cream

Crush the biscuits in a coarse powder and then add butter to it and mix it to bring a sand-like texture. Layer the biscuit mix into a cake tin and flatten it. Then take another bowl, add your cream cheese and sugar and whisk it until creamy. Then add whipping cream to the cream cheese mixture and beat it with a whisk or hand beater until it becomes stiff. Add the cream mixture to the biscuit layer and set the batter in the fridge for eight hours. Later on, demould it and apply some biscoff spread and crush some biscuits on it.

Grate some carrots and keep them aside. Add milk and carrot in a bowl and boil it until it absorbs the milk and cooks it. Stir it and cook on medium flame. Once the milk is absorbed add sugar, mawa, and ghee and mix it. Stir and cook for a long time until it’s cooked properly and well combined. Garnish with some nuts and pistachios, and the hot Gajar halwa is ready to eat.
