Do you cook at home? What do you make? Share a recipe

Yes, I do cook at home. I make a lot of things. But yes, the favourite would be Shahi Tukda. It is very easy to make it.

Procedure: Shallow fry bread in ghee. Make some nice Chashni and Rabdi. Making Rabdi is simple. You boil some milk, put condensed milk. My secret ingredient in Rabdi will be to grind the white portions of bread and add it in rabdi. It will be yummy!!

Moving to Shahi Tukda, dip the bread pieces in Chashni and serve it along with Rabdi. That is Shahi Tukda.

Veg Or Non-Veg:

I think vegetarian will be my favourite option always.

Baked Or Fried: Fried

Soup Or Salad: Salad

One vegetable that you hate the most:

I can’t remember anything… Maybe I don’t like baingan (brinjal)

Your erotica food:

Has to be a dessert dish. Sticky rice with mango

The weirdest dish you ever ate: It could be something non-vegetarian, probably seafood that I ordered in Bangkok and I did not like it.

Celebrity you would love to cook for:

I can’t wait for the lockdown to end. I will like to cook for my IB gang (Ishqbaaaz), let us see how it turns out.

Midnight snack:

Chivda or Granola Bars.

Your best-made delicacy during the lockdown:

There are a lot of dishes that I have made. But Shahi Paneer has to be the best.
