I am too fond of cooking. It’s my stress buster. I cook almost everything in Indian Cuisine and keeping in mind the winter weather, I would love to share Sarso Ka Saag recipe with you (smiles)
– First, you need to clean and wash properly mustard leaves, spinach leaves and methi leaves. I take the ratio of 1 part of mustard leaves, 1/2 part spinach leaves and 1/2 part methi leaves. Boil with ginger and green chillies on low flame for few minutes and blend all the mixture after cooling.
– Further, add ghee in a pan and add ginger garlic paste and chopped onion.
Sauté golden brown. Now add salt and red chilli powder and cook for a few minutes, then add sarso ka saag and cook in low flame for few minutes.
– finally for tadka heat ghee in a pan, add jeera, dry red chillies fry and pour over the saag.
