Do you cook at home? What do you make? Share a recipe with us

Of course, I cook at home. Cooking for me is like mediation. I create my own dishes. Once I start cooking, I don’t allow anyone to enter my kitchen. I don’t trust anyone in cooking, especially when I cook. Sharing a recipe means that I will have to give you my secrets (smiles). Giving out a bit, I add Cheese to every food I make, literally everything I make.

Veg or Non Veg?

Depends on my mood. Sometimes, when I want to have something light, I have Veg. Definitely, these days, I eat more veg, Sabzi and more Salads.

Baked or fried?

Baked, I try to avoid fried

Soup or salad?

Salad is better, but I like soup more

One vegetable that you hate the most?

Bhindi

As soon as I read this question, my thoughts went to Strawberry (laughs). But I guess it is over-rated. So Melted Chocolate maybe

Weirdest dish you ever ate?

Sheep’s brain, which is very famous in Kashmir, is called Pacha. It tastes good, but it is weird

Celebrity you would love to cook for?

Salman Bhai (Khan)

Midnight snack?

Toast with Cheese and Walnut on the top, along with Tea with milk

The dish that your family loves when you make:

I never cook for my family. But I cook a lot for my friends when they come over. I make very interesting Paneer dishes in my own way. They love them

The best compliment got was for which dish:

The Paneer I made and also Chicken and Gravy.
