We have a no-bake, bread lasagne recipe that you will love to eat and also cook.

Ingredients

½ cup sliced mushrooms
½ cup sliced onion
½ cup sliced capsicum
1 Tomato
1 cup spaghetti sauce
2 tablespoons dried basil
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Pepper
Butter
Salt to taste
Cooking Oil
Slice bread small packet

Method

Step 1

In a pan, add mushrooms, onion, tomato, and capsicum, and sauté them. To this add, the dried basil, spaghetti sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer it down until the vegetables are fully cooked.

Step 2

Toast the bread slices with butter for the crispy element in the lasagne.

Step 3

Take a pan and grease it with very little spaghetti sauce at the bottom. Add a later of sliced and toasted bread then add a layer of the lasagna sauce, and top it off with a mixture of mozzarella and parmesan cheese. (you can also use processed sliced cheese)

Keep adding these layers one by one twice over.

Finally, top it off with some more cheese and you have your no-bake, bread lasagna ready.
