Method:
1. First, combine mixed gramme flour, maida, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt in a bowl to make this snack. Once it is thoroughly blended, add water gently and let it sit for a while. Make sure that the batter is not too runny.
2. Next, combine the chicken mince with all the dry spices and marinate thoroughly. Ginger-garlic paste and lemon juice are added. Add chopped onions to a skillet and sauté until golden. The marinated chicken mince is now included. Cook with a lid on low heat until the water evaporates.
3. The prepared filling should be placed inside the deseeded green chilies. Deep fried till golden and crisp after dipping in the gramme flour batter. With green chutney, serve.
