This recipe is all about double-stacked cheeseburgers you might be craving, including thin, tender patties, so moist and spicy creating magic. The size of the burger is all up to you, you can make mini, or usual size, or the huge one. The extra flavor with the double patties is just delicious. So let’s have a glance at the recipe.
Ingredients:
You need 250 grams of Beef minces
1 tsp of red crushed chilli, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of crushed jeera, 1 tsp of green chilli paste, 1 of chopped onion, 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp of oil.
1 piece of coal for smoking.
For assembly:
1 egg, Onion slices 1 small, 1 tbsp of Mayonnaise, 3 slices of cheese, 1 tbsp of Chilli garlic sauce, 1 round bun.
Procedure:
To make a beef patty
In a mixing bowl, mix the beef mince with salt, red crushed chilli, crushed jeera, green chilli paste chopped onions, and ginger garlic paste.
Mix generously and make round beef patties and fry in oil from both sides till done and tender and crispy.
Now toss the bun on a grill pan for a few minutes on the simple pan. And spread mayonnaise and garlic sauce and place the beef patty on it.
Make a simple egg omelette and place it over the first patty. Add a cheese slice and a few caramelized onions.
Put some garlic sauce as well, now add the second patty and a little mayonnaise and cover it with other slices of the bun. Press it and enjoy it!!
