Ingredients:

Dark Chocolate – 500- 600 grams
Unsalted Butter – 130- 140 grams
Milk – 180 ml (3/4 cup)

Procedure:

The first step, take milk and butter into a saucepan and heat them to melt and combine well.

Let it boil so that the butter melts and it comes to a slight boil.

Once the butter is melted, switch the flame off and add dark chocolate chips to it.

Leave this aside for some time. Now using a whisk, mix this mixture slowly so that the chocolate melts and combines it with it.

When everything is mixed smoothly. Let the mix cool down completely and check the consistency required. Add more butter to it if required.

Use for frosting cakes and cupcakes and other recipes.
