Ingredients:
1 cup refined flour, 2 tablespoons corn flour, 1 tablespoon yellow food colouring, 1/2 cup curd, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, ghee or frying oil, 1 cup sweetener, 3/4 cup water, 4-6 saffron tufts, 1 tablespoon cardamom powder, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice
1. Boil water and sugar till it blends.
2. Add in lemon, cardamom powder and saffron
3. Add flour and food colour in a bowl
4. Then pour curd and make a batter with no lumps in it.
5. Add baking soda and mix it well
6. Heat oil in your kadai and fry your jalebis.
