To fry the eggs, in a pan heat some oil.

Make the boiled eggs split into two.

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and to the oil and add the boiled eggs.

Fry for 3-4 minutes and remove from the flame and set it aside.

To grind into a paste

Dry roast the ingredients dry coconut, garlic, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, peppercorns, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, sesame seeds, and onion until slightly brown into a pan. Keep the pan aside and let it cool.

Add the mixture to a mixing blender and also add green chili and fresh coriander and grind to make a smooth paste.

Add some water while grinding the paste to make it more paste-like

For the gravy

Heat some oil or ghee in the pan.

Once the oil is heated, add cumin seeds and let them pop, then add the ground masala and fry for 3-4 minutes on medium heat.

Add red chilli powder, Kanda lasoon masala, turmeric powder, garam masala, and besan and fry again for 5-6 minutes.

Keep adding little water if the masala is burning or drying.

Add the fried eggs, salt as per taste, and 2 cups of water, and bring the curry to a boil.

Serve hot with roti or rice.
