The dish that your family loves when you make:
Chatpata Corn Masala, Egg Masala Curry
The best compliment got was for which dish:
Once I had cooked for my German friends who were exchange students in India. But their house had only Eggplants and they insisted to eat some truly authentic Indian food. So I cooked for them the Indian home food classic -Baingan ka Bharta and added roasted salty peanuts to add some crunch to the bite. And they could not stop savouring it.
So the whole combination of sitting under the sky full of stars, in a small hilly village by a bonfire, listening to some amazing jazz music and all of this while some foreign friends are savouring the Baingan Ka Bharta made by me, made the whole experience quite surreally and special.
