Recently, I started cooking. Well, I have learned to cook North Indian foods, rice, dal, sabji, paranthe, tehri, jalebi, boondi and a long list. I have been transformed from a non-foodie to a foodie.

It’s not a unique one but will share it. So I add different leafy vegetables along with mushrooms, and broccoli. After boiling them, mash them with a spoon and saute the mixture in ghee, curry leaves, garlic, and ginger. And add salt and pieces of raw paneer into it.
