It's Mealtime: Make Your Own Delicious & Delightful Bread Roll Pakoda

If you have leftover bread pieces and boiled potatoes, you can create a bread roll in less than 20 minutes. The procedure is straightforward: first, prepare the potato stuffing, then load the bread slices with the stuffing and deep fry until golden and crispy.

Bread pakora can be prepared in a variety of ways. The first is with cooked and mashed potatoes stuffed with paneer, which may also be used with boiled potatoes, and the second is without filling. This is a step-by-step recipe for bread pakoras with filling made with cooked potatoes and spices.

This recipe makes the fundamental potato mixture for the stuffing. However, you may customize it by adding cooked vegetables (carrots, green peas, beans, etc.), shredded paneer, grated cheese, and other ingredients to the boiled potatoes. Follow the instructions in the recipe below.

To create the bread pakora, bread pieces are packed with spiced boiled and mashed potato stuffing and then sliced diagonally into triangles. These loaded triangles of bread slices are then dipped in gram flour until well coated. After that, deep fry it until it’s crispy. Without the stuffing, simple bread pakora may be produced.

Cut the bread pieces diagonally into triangular shapes and deep fry each triangle bread slice in a gram flour batter to make bread pakora without filling.

Another common way is to make bread rolls by hand. Furthermore, we have not trimmed the corners of the bread rolls since we adore how crunchy they are. However, you are free to cut the edges and continue.
