Summer is already here and the month of April is quite hot enough to drain us of our energy. May will be the most difficult month of all when the temperature and heat will be at their peak.

Summer refreshment drinks are a must and necessary. Today we are here with a refreshing and super delicious and healthy Virgin Grape Mojito for this summer. The preparation of Mojito includes ripe grapes, either black or green. It depends on your liking to add sugar or go sugar-free.

Let us take a look at the recipe:

Ingredients: 1 cup ripe chilled and sweet grapes [green or black], 1 lemon cut into 8 pieces, 20-25 mint [pudina] leaves, crushed ice, chilled sprite.

Lemon slice and mint sprig for garnishing.

Procedure:

  1. Take a blender jar and add grapes to it. Blend it until you get juice.
  2. Take a glass and add mint and lemon pieces to it. Crush the lemon pieces with the help of a wooden paddle and bruise the mint.
  3. Now, add the grape juice and ice to the glass. Add chilled sprite and stir a little.
  4. Garnish your drink with the lemon slice and mint sprig. Add straw to your glass and serve chilled.
