After this, knead a smooth dough by adding oil to it and adding some warm water together.

Grease a little oil in the same bowl and knead the dough again. Keep it set for 10 minutes.

Now knead the dough once again and roll its balls long and long. Sprinkle finely chopped garlic and some coriander in it and turn it over by patting it with your fingers.

Apply a little water to the opposite side of the naan and then pat with a fingertip.

Now heat the pan in the gas and put the naan in the lid of the pan in such a way that it sticks.

Turn it upside down, cover it halfway over the kadhai, and cook it. The naan is ready to be cooked when you notice tiny bubbles developing in it.

Remove it gently to the plate, and with a brush, apply butter all over the naan. Your Tandoori Naan is ready.
