This recipe serves 6 people
Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk, 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 cup spring onions, 1 cup cheese (any of your choice), salt and black pepper as per requirement, 6 bread slices,1 1/2 tablespoon chilli flakes, 1 tablespoon ginger paste, 2 tablespoon butter, 1 tablespoon garlic paste

Step 1
To make these delicious sandwiches, first wash the spring onions, clean, and finely chop them. Keep the chopped spring onions aside and prepare for other things

In a large bowl, add mayo, milk, dried chili flakes, grated cheese, ginger paste, garlic paste, and add the chopped spring onions. Season it with salt and pepper as per taste and mix well.

Now, take a pan or a tawa and over medium flame and put butter in it. When you see the butter melts, place the bread slices on it, and toast the bread until brown and crisp. Place the slices on a plate, and apply the cheese spread which is prepared nicely on the bread.
