Sugar syrup
In a pot take 1.5 cups of sugar and 1.5 cups of water, add a little cardamom to it, and put it to boil over medium flame. Stir the sugar well and once it is off a little bit of a sticky and thick consistency, turn off the gas.

Dough
In a bowl take 1 cup milk powder, ¼ cup all-purpose flour, ½ teaspoon of baking soda mix it well, and then add one big spoon of ghee. Mix it all well and add one tablespoon of yogurt, and ¾ cups of milk and add to the dry ingredients and make a dough out of it.
Once the door is ready, divide it into approximately 20 equal parts and make small balls out of it.

Gulab jamuns
Hit some oil in a kadhai and drop in four to five balls each at a time until they are golden brown. Once all the jamuns are out, put them in the syrup that you made and let it rest for a few minutes so that they suck up all the sugar syrup in them.
Your gulab jamuns are available to be served. Hope you enjoy them.
