PREPARATION OF CHOCOLATE CAKE.
* In a bowl of a stand mixer beat the eggs and sugar at high speed. Add vanilla extract and buttermilk.
* Mix espresso powder with water and pour it into cake batter along with melted butter.
* Sift the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and dutch cocoa powder in the cake batter and whisk together.
* Now pour this mixed batter into 3 nine-inch baking pan. And bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
NUTELLA BUTTERCREAM.
Put softened cream cheese, unsalted butter, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, Nutella, and salt into the bowl of a stand mixer. Whisk together the mixture and if you want to thicken the Nutella cream then refrigerate it for 30 minutes.

When Chocolate cake is cooled down cut the top, to ensure a smooth even chocolate cake.
