Pudina Chutney-
INGREDIENTS- 2 cups fresh mint leaves (pudina), 1 tsp roughly chopped ginger, 1 – 2 green chilies – chopped, ½ teaspoon lemon juice, Chaat masala as per taste, salt as required, 2 tbsp water – for grinding
Method:
1. Wash the mint leaves very well in water. Also, wash green chillies and ginger.
2. Then add mint leaves in a grinder jar along with the ginger and green chillies.
3. Add chaat masala, lemon juice and salt as per taste. If you do not have chaat masala, then add ¼ tsp dry mango powder (amchur powder), ¼ tsp roasted cumin powder and ¼ tsp black salt.
4. Add little water and grind to a smooth uniformity. do not add too much water while grinding.
Withdraw the chutney in a bowl.
5. Serve mint chutney with snacks such as vegetable cutlet, pakoda, kabab, french fries, cheese balls, paneer tikka etc. You can also store the chutney by refrigerating it in an airtight steel box.
