The majority of us save our cheat meals for the weekend, and this is when we want to pamper our taste senses with some cheesy nibbles. What could be better than some crispy chili cheese nuggets on the exterior and cheesy on the inside? This is the ideal dish for a late-night snack. These delectable chilli cheese nuggets can also be served at a get-together.
Chilli Cheese Nuggets: How To Make Them?
Set aside grated cheese.
Grated cheese, cornflour, black pepper powder, chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, and salt should all be combined in a bowl.
Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead them into a dough.
If the dough is too stiff, add extra milk to loosen it up.
Take a small piece of dough and roll it into a nugget form. Continue to make nuggets and set them aside.
Break two eggs in a bowl and mix them together. Season with a pinch of black pepper and a pinch of red chilli powder.
One by one, dip the nuggets in the egg mixture.
The nuggets are then rolled in bread crumbs.
Add some oil to a kadhai and cook it.
Remove the nuggets from the heat after they have been deep-fried till golden brown.
Serve with tomato ketchup on the side.

75 Grams of Grated Cheese
3 Green Chillies
3 tbsp Cornflour
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
Salt To Taste
Maida Or Plain Flour As Required
2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
Bread Crumbs As Needed
2 Eggs
Instructions
Step 1: Combine grated cheese, cornflour, salt, pepper powder, chilies, and coriander leaves in a mixing dish. Make a dough by mixing everything together and kneading it.
Step 2: Make little balls/nuggets out of the dough and set them aside.
Step 3: Coat the nuggets in a mixture of egg and milk.
Step 4: Spread bread crumbs on a tray and roll the nuggets in them.
Step 5: Heat up some oil in a kadhai.
Step 6: Deep fry the nuggets till golden brown, then serve with tomato ketchup on the side.
