Here’s How To Make This Delicious No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake That’s Perfect For Oreo Lovers

Ingredients –
12 Oreo cookies (separate sugar paste to use for filling)
30g unsalted butter (to melt)
250g cream cheese
Sugar paste (from 12 Oreo cookies)
28g castor sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp lemon juice
3/4 tbsp gelatin powder
200ml whipping cream
6 Oreo cookies (break coarsely)
5 Oreo cookies (remove sugar paste)

Step one: Remove the sugar paste from 12 Oreo cookies Crush the biscuits into coarse crumbs after that. Set aside the sugar paste for later use.

Step 2: Combine 30g unsalted butter (approximately 2 tbsp) and Oreo biscuit crumbs in a mixing bowl.

Step 3: To make the cheesecake crust, pour Oreo crumbs into a 6-inch springform cake pan and spread evenly. Refrigerate for 30 minutes after that.

Step 4: Combine 3/4 teaspoon gelatine powder with a small amount of water (at room temperature). After that, add a little more hot water, stir thoroughly, and leave aside.

Step 5: Cut 6 Oreo cookies into smaller pieces and set them aside.

Step 6: Combine 250g cream cheese, sugar paste (from 12 Oreo cookies), 28g castor sugar, 1 tsp vanilla essence, and 1 tbsp lemon juice in a mixing bowl (Mixture A). Mix thoroughly until the mixture has a smooth consistency.

Step 7: Whip 200ml whipping cream with a whisk in a separate bowl (Mixture B) until it slightly thickens.

Step 8: Finally, blend Mixtures A and B. Mix thoroughly, then add 6 Oreo cookies (from Step 5).

Step 9: Take the cake crust out of the fridge and pour the filling on top. Then lightly knock the cake pan against the table to remove any air bubbles.

 Step 10: Remove the sugar paste from 5 Oreo cookies for the topping. Crush the cookie into fine crumbs and sprinkle evenly over the cheesecake.

Step 11: Wrap cling wrap around the entire cake pan and secure with a rubber band.

Step 12: Refrigerate the cheesecake overnight to harden it up before cutting it into slices. Enjoy!
