paneer, gms 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste, 1/2 cup of tomato puree, 1/2 teaspoon of chilli flakes, salt to taste 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1/2 tsp kasoori methi, 2 tsp coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 cup water for gravy.

Procedure:

To prepare this delectable meal in a kettle, melt the butter, add the tomato puree, ginger-garlic paste, and two pinches of black pepper. Mix well and start the kettle. Cook the mixture for whatever long the garlic still has a raw scent.

After that, add water and all the seasonings, and simmer the gravy for 2 minutes. You may also add 1/4 cup milk or a small amount of fresh cream to it to make it creamier. Paneer should be cubed in the meantime.
