Milk contains all blocks to building new tissues. Milk is helpful for controlling cancer and is good for our heart.

Along with all those advantages of milk, there are a few disadvantages as well. Let’s have look! Studies cannot measure the amount of calcium required by each individual. A low intake of calcium is bad for bones. Overload of calcium is just as harmful. Studies show that women who drank three glasses a day of milk were twice as likely to die as compared to those women who consume less. The heavy drinkers of milk have 60% chances of a hip or other fracture. It is found that milk sugar called galactose can cause inflammation and stress at the cellular level, which might lead to fatal health issues. Compared to milk Cheese and yogurt are found to be more useful as it comprises of lesser milk sugar. Dairy consumption has also been implicated at slightly elevated levels of IGF, a protein that can contribute to the growth of cancer.
