Momos, pizzas, and pasta are all favourite among all especially children. All are different types of food which are served either on the street outlet or through parcel or in restaurants. Among all these three food items, pizza is the most preferred and consumed food, followed by pasta and then momos. Overall most favourite is pizza. Here are the delicious recipes of pizza, Momos and Pasta.

MOMOS:

* Momos are made from flour and stuffing. The stuffing can be veg, chicken, fish or paneer.

* Dough for the dumplings made from all-purpose flour or whole wheat flour.

* Stuffing is made using cabbage, carrots, french beans, capsicum, onion, mushroom and spices. Saute all vegetables in a pan, add chopped garlic also. Saute and stir it for 5 minutes, then add soya sauce, black pepper and salt.

* Cook for few minutes and add spring onion greens, mix well and your stuffing ready.

* Fill the stuffing in dough and shape it properly and keep it aside and all momos steam it for few minutes and have it directly.

PIZZAS.

* For pizza, we require pizza bread or pizza base, which you can bring readymade.

* Important part is the outer layer. For that chop all vegetables like onion, tomato, mushroom, capsicum, and make veggies and then grate the processed and mozzarella cheese in a separate bowl.

* Take fresh pizza bread, add tomato ketchup, spread half grated cheese and layer of veggies. Top it with a thick layer of mozzarella cheese.

* Bake this pizza in the oven at 250 degrees for around ten minutes. Once overcut it into pieces and sprinkle oregano and Chilli flakes as per taste and serve hot.

MASALA PASTA.

* Take water, add salt and pasta. Let it boil for few minutes until pasta is cooked. Remove it on the strainer.

* Make masala base using, onion, spring onion, capsicum, tomatoes and carrots.

* In a pan adds oil, ginger garlic paste and onion and saute. Add chopped vegetables, turmeric and spices like cumin powder, coriander powder, Kashmiri chilli powder.

* Saute it properly and adjust ingredients for better taste.

* When it cooked properly, add pasta and mix well. Your masala pasta is ready.
