Yes, I do cook. Mostly everything. I love making Paneer dishes or trying something new.

Recipe of Paneer Chilli

In a mixing bowl put paneer cubes, salt and pepper to taste and corn flour mix and coat the paneer well with the cornstarch. Set a pan on medium heat and shallow fry the paneer from all sides until brown. Then heat the pan, add oil, garlic spring onion bulbs, green chillies and saute it for 3-4 minutes. Add capsicum, sugar, greens and sugar and saute it for 3-4 minutes. Add soy sauce and chilli sauce and saute it for a minute. In a bowl add corn flour mixture, salt and pepper to taste, and cook until the sauce thickens. Add fried paneer and coat paneer well with the sauce. Finish it by adding freshly chopped spring onions and at the end your paneer chilli is ready, you can also serve it with a small bowl of schezwan sauce.
