Ingredients

½ cup Chicken broth
2 tablespoon tomato sauce
2 tablespoon schezwan sauce
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1cup finely chopped basil
1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste
6-7 cloves of garlic
1 kg boneless and skinless chicken

Let’s get Cooking

Step 1

Take a pot, add chicken broth, tomato sauce, Schezwan sauce, soy sauce, white sugar, brown sugar, and salt and simmer it over medium flame.

Step 2

Take the chicken to another pan, and cook with its oil, minced garlic cloves for 2-4 minutes. Once the chicken has changed colour, add about ⅓ of the sauce to it and cook until it’s caramelized.

Step 3

Keep adding sauce to the chicken and cook, until it has formed a thick curry and the chicken is cooked well.

Step 4

Add basil and cook it for about 1 minute. Your chicken hot basil is ready to be served.
