Ingredients:
Baking powder, Baking soda, Sugar, Eggs, Hung curd, Water, Vanilla essence, Cashew nuts, raisins, and other dry fruits.
Collect all the ingredients and let’s get started with how to make cupcakes without an oven Step by Step Recipe:
1. Sift baking powder and baking soda into the huge mixing bowl and add sugar as well. Now add two beaten eggs into the dry mixture we just prepared above and whisk it until well combined.
2. Add vanilla essence and hung curd to it. Add some water in between and keep incorporating, whisking until the mixture becomes smooth and consistent. Mix it properly, it is important.
3. Line the paper or normal teacups with butter paper. Pour the batter into small paper cups or normal teacups up till half only. Use a cooker with the whistle removed or clip-on cookware. Place the cooking grate inside it and let it pre-heat for almost 20 minutes on high flame.
4. Add some cashew nuts, raisins, and another topping of your choice to the mixture while it’s preheating. Place the cups in the pre-heated cooking grate and cover the clip-on cookware with the lid and keep it on medium flame now.
5. Bake them for 15 minutes on medium flame and another 15 minutes on low-medium flame. Use a toothpick to ensure the cupcakes are baked properly and remove them from the stove and let them cool.
