Easy Butter Garlic pasta.

1 small cup of pasta (wheat/ multigrain/ plain)

1/2 broccoli

5-6 mushrooms

10 cloves of garlic finely chopped

1 onion sliced

1/2 zucchini

1 bell pepper

Boneless Chicken breast (for people who eat non-veg)

25gms butter

Salt

Chilli flakes

Oregano seasoning

1 tsp Olive oil

Boil the pasta, drain it, and keep it on the side.

Put the olive oil and butter in a nonstick pan. The oil prevents the butter from burning. Add the chopped garlic and onions and toss till golden. Add the mushroom and chicken, toss for 3-4 minutes, then add the rest of the veggies and salt, then stir fry till they cook partially (You don’t want to overcook the veggies as they can lose their nutritional value). Add the boiled pasta, chilli flakes & oregano seasoning, and toss for a minute. Your yummy butter garlic pasta is ready to eat.

Health Tip: Proportion of pasta to veggies should be 1:2
