Recipe of Manchow Soup:

Add A Bit Of (Veg Oil/Olive Oil). Add ginger-garlic paste. Then add the veggies – chopped onion, capsicum. You can also add green peas, carrots, beans if you want.

Fry them well. Add soya sauce, Shezwan Sauce, salt as per taste, and stir. Add hot water and let it cook for some time. Make a paste of water and corn-flour and add in the soup for thickness as per the consistency you prefer. Garnish with chopped spring onions. Your Manchow Soup is ready (smiles).

Oreo and Cold Milk on the cheat days. Roasted Peanuts and Diet Khakhra while I am into my workout schedule
