Having a bowl of steaming hot Manchurian soup in winters is more calming and comforting than wearing sweaters. Sitting in warm cozy blankets with your favorite Netflix film and having a bowl of soup would be the best time of your lives.
Why not prepare Manchurian soup at home? The recipe is simple and could be made with a limited stock of veggies left in your refrigerator.
Ingredients:
Veggies- a few Carrots, cabbage, green beans, spring onion, ginger garlic, all finely chopped.
Sauce: dark soy sauce, white vinegar, sesame oil, cornflour, water.
How to Make:
1. Take onion, oil, ginger garlic paste and sauté until the onion is pink.
2. Slowly add all the veggies to it and pinch of salt and pepper. Cook the vegetables until soft for 3-4 minutes.
3. After the vegetables are soft and properly cooked, add soy sauce and vinegar after it has thoroughly mixed. Add cornflour mixed with water.
4. Let the soup simmer for 5 minutes or until you feel it’s thick.
5. Add some dry Noodles and voilá; your Manchurian soup is ready just in 15 minutes.
