Vaani Kapoor yesterday shared a photo of a delicious protein oat cake. The diva is quite a fitness freak and loves to keep herself healthy and fine. She consumes things that are fat-free, sugar-free, and builds strength. And she often starts her morning with some proteins. This time she had protein oats cake for her breakfast. Let’s check out the recipe for delicious protein oats cake.
Ingredients
One to two cups of dry gluten-free organic rolled oats, one-fourth cup of coconut flour, one-fourth cup of ground flaxseed, 120 to 150g of vanilla protein powder, one-fourth cup of granulated erythritol sweetener, one teaspoon baking powder, half cup mashed pumpkin, applesauce, banana, half cup plain coconut yogurt, one teaspoon pure vanilla extract, one cup almond milk, one egg, 3 egg whites.
Making
Firstly preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit.
Now mix together all the dry fruits in a large bowl.
Take another bowl and mix the left-out wet ingredients except for berries, crushed nuts, etc., and then mix them well.
In the next step, slowly mix the wet ingredients with the dry ones and stir properly. The batter should be thick. Please don’t make it too viscous or too thin. Please keep them in a big bowl.
Now pour the mixture out in a dish with well sprayed Pyrex utensil. It is preferred to take a round dish, but you can go for your choice. Also, these are more like breakfast than seem like a cake.
You can add berries to the dish and fold them gently. Adding this will all bring a new aroma and taste to the breakfast cake.
Lastly, bake your protein oats cake for 35 minutes at 350 Fahrenheit. After keeping it for 30 minutes, you will see that the cake has come out from the side and looks fluffy. And you are done; the delicious protein-rich oats cake is ready to keep you fit.
