Combine the filling ingredients (chicken, ginger, garlic, coriander, onion, salt, black pepper, and shredded cheese) in a large mixing bowl. Make 15 to 16 tiny chunks out of the dough. Roll them out thinly after forming them into balls. Fill the middle with a spoonful of the filling. Make little tight pleats by bringing all of the edges together in the centre. To guarantee that the momo is tightly closed, pinch and twist the pleats. Steam for about 20 minutes in a steamer. Place it on a platter and top with the red chilli garlic chutney.
