Veg or Non Veg?

Pure Vegetarian, because I’m a Pure Animal Lover. ?

Baked or fried?

Baked, because it’s healthy and all the flavors of each ingredient taste more better.

Soup or salad?

Salad- Feta Cheese Greek Salad. Green Vegetable Salad, I like the broccolis and corns in my salad.

One vegetable that you hate the most?

Bitter Gourd/Karela. I hate it because the name itself suggests, it’s too Bitter.

Your erotica food?

Biryani Sizzler, Paneer Sizzler. What’s more erotic than a Chinese Sizzler!?

Weirdest dish you ever ate?

Paani Puri Ice Cream is one of the weirdest dishes I ate, as it tastes like khatta imli ka ice cream. Without puri, it’s better though. It is not that bad. Pani Puri is known for its tangy water and spicy stuffings. Honestly, I wouldn’t trade my khatta gol gappa with anything.

Veg Sushi is a real weird dish because it definitely looked like a piece of art but when I tasted it, it was just overcooked rice with a thin slice of raw carrot & cucumber with no flavour, no taste. It is actually a non-edible piece of beautiful art.

Celebrity you would love to cook for?

Shah Rukh Khan. He is my idol since childhood and I have been following his work, been inspired by his struggle and have also been motivated by his journey. If I were to cook for him, I’d cook Special Gujarati Dishes for him like Khaman Dhokla, Khaandvi, Paatra, and Undhyu ki Sabji. I am sure he will love home-cooked Gujarati Special Dishes (even if I will have to learn from somebody about how to cook these???)

Midnight snack?

Midnight Snack is Belgium Waffles Ice Cream, and Mocha Shake with a Dark Chocolate Desert Cake.?

The dish that your family loves when you make:

SEVPURI & BHELPURI. My family loves them when I make them, because not only do I know how to make them spicy and sweet based on everyone’s choices, but I also add fruits like Pomegranate, Pineapple, Kachaa Mango, etc. in my Chaat Dishes to make them look and taste fancier. It is not an ordinary SEVPURI/BHELPURI, it’s an Extraordinary one, because very rare people know the importance of these fruits in the Chaat which brings a delicious taste to it.

The best compliment got was for which dish:

Paav Bhaaji, because I know how to cook it with a special ingredient and that’s “HEART” ?
