Paratha is consumed all over for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It’s of different varieties and you can stuff lots of nutritional things in it to make it healthy. You can stuff paratha with batata, chicken, radish, cauliflower, mix vegetable etc. Paratha is most preferred in North India. You can say paratha to North Indians is like petrol to a car. We are highly functional when we are full of it. Jokes aside, history tells us that paratha is originated in Peshawar, Pakistan and spread all over, mainly the North part of India. Though the main stuff for paratha is boiled potatoes, radish and cauliflower, it is a fact that north Indian stuff paratha with anything and everything. We can say any leftover food is stuffed in paratha by north Indian. They are very convenient to make, you can have it hot with tea or coffee for your breakfast. Thee are many types of paratha you can have for your breakfast. Here we look at three among them.

GARLIC PARATHA. This paratha is considered to be best for your breakfast. This Partha is made by stuffing garlic masala and other spices and topped with desi ghee. Smoke in such a way, it remains soft and serves hot.

EGG PARATHA.

It is considered to be a healthy paratha due to the egg in it. It is tricky to mix egg to make paratha, but this paratha is absolutely good for breakfast.

PANEER PARATHA.

You can enjoy a delicious breakfast if you have paneer paratha for it. Fill it with paneer, onion and green chillies filling and you can cook delicious paratha.
