Recipe for Mutter Paneer-

Ingredients:-

To make onion tomato puree:- use 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 sliced onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 inch of ginger, and 3 sliced tomatoes.

For the rest of the dish:- you’ll need 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 bay leaf, 1-inch cinnamon stick, 2 pods of cardamom, 1 teaspoon of jeera, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric, 1 teaspoon of Kashmiri red chili powder, 1 tablespoon of gram flour, 1/4 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 cup of water, 1 cup of peas, 12 cubes of paneer, 2 tablespoons of coriander, 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala, and 1 teaspoon of crushed kasuri methi.

Procedure:- 1. Take a large kadai and heat oil and add spices and saute.
2. Now, add turmeric, chili powder, and beans and roast well.
3. Add the onion tomato paste and saute.
4. Now, add cumin powder, coriander powder and salt and mix.
5. Add some water and stir.
6. Add in all peas and cook for 10 minutes.
7. Add paneer cubes and cook for 10 minutes.
8. Put the coriander, garam masala and Kasuri methi.
9. Enjoy mutter paneer.
