Malai Sandwich is an amazing Bengali sweet-dish recipe prepared out of milk, paneer, and khoya. It’s very moist and it’s most loved by Indians especially during festivals like Durga Puja and Rakshabandhan. Let’s have a look at the quick and easy yet mouth-watering dessert recipe-

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR MALAI SANDWICH-

6 Servings

1/2 mL milk

2 cup sugar

3 cup Water

1/2 tsp edible food color

saffron strands

50 grams khoya

2 tbsp vinegar

PROCEDURE-

Step 1

The first bring the milk to boil, then lower the flame and add vinegar to it, and stir, you will see boiled milk gradually turns into soft paneer, separating it into the solid and liquid part.

Step 2

You will see greenish whey and curdled white milk solids. Once the milk is completely curdled with two parts seen,

Switch off the flame and add 1 cup of cold water to this mixture and cover it for 15 minutes.

Step 3
