Aloo Tuk is a very famous Sindhi dish that is made from potatoes and is very crispy but soft that you can have any time.

It is a very easy recipe that you can try at home and don’t even require to go to the grocery store because all the ingredients are available in your pantry.

Ingredients
½ kg baby potatoes
Oil
1tablespoon (Amchur) dry mango powder
½ tablespoon chili powder
½ tablespoon Black pepper
Salt to taste

Cooking
Step 1
Wash the potatoes really well and peel the skin. Cut the potatoes in medium-sized ring shapes. Put the cut potatoes in water, watch them again and drain off all the excess water once they are cleaned.

Step 2
Put some oil in a frying pan and fry this potato in the pan until they are fully cooked. Do not overcook the potato and take them out and let them sit for a while.

Step 3
Once the fried potatoes are drained from their oil, heat up some more oil in a kadai and deep fry the potatoes again. Once they are all golden brown and crispy take them out in a bowl.

Step 4
Add all the masala powders together and mix them well. Add masala powder to the bowl of crispy potatoes and give it a good shake. Once all the potatoes are coated with the masala powder that you just added, your aloo tuk is ready to be served.

Hope y’all like it.
