All middle eastern cuisine lovers, here’s a recipe that you cannot resist. We have some easy to make Falafel Kebabs that will make your mouth water.

Ingredients For Falafel

1 cup chickpeas
½ onion
4 garlic cloves
½ cup finely chopped Coriander
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
¼ cup all purpose flour (maida)

Ingredients for Kebabs
1 chopped onion
1 chopped bell pepper
1 chopped Tomato
1 tablespoon oil

Let’s get Cooking

Step 1 cup

To make the Falafel, add the chickpeas, onion, garlic, coriander, baking powder, salt, pepper, and all-purpose flour together in a bowl and mix it well. Mix in a blender for about 2 minutes until it becomes a puree. Take out in a bowl, cover the same and refrigerate or for about 30 minutes.

Step 2

Take a pan and stir-fry the onion, bell pepper, and tomato with oil, pepper, and salt until they’re turned brown.

Step 3

Take the Falafel mixture out and make small sized balls. Fry these balls in a pan until golden brown or bake them in the oven for 20-30 minutes.

Step 4

Alternately put kebabs and the roasted vegetables in long sticks.

Your Falafel kebabs are ready to be served.
