INGREDIENTS:
* 500 grams of chopped chicken.
* One beaten egg.
* Chopped onion.
* Cornflour.
* Ginger paste and garlic paste.
* Green chilies.
* Soy sauce, vinegar.
* Sliced capsicum.
* Cooking oil and salt for taste.
* Spring onion for garnishing.
PROCEDURE:
* Take the chicken and wash it properly in lukewarm water and rinse it with cold water and remove all water from washed chicken.
* Take a big bowl and combine chicken, egg, cornflour, and ginger garlic paste and mix it well and keep it in a fridge for about two hours.
* After two hours take out chicken marinate. In a pan add oil and on high flame dip fry the marinated chicken until it becomes golden brown. Take out fried pieces and keep them separately.
* In another pan take a little oil and add onion, capsicum, and green chilies.
* let the veggies cook, add soy sauce, vinegar, fried chicken, and salt to the cooked veggies.
* Mix all ingredients well and let the chicken coat well in the sauces. Keep stirring to make it semidry.
