Capsicum is a vegetable used mostly for garnishing in main recipes like pizzas and pastas acting as a side dish. But what if we use it as our hero dish instead of it taking a backseat and laying still in the kitchen cabinet in our refrigerator?

Here is a delicious fusion dish that will make capsicum the actual hero of your dish leaving you astonished!

Total cooking time – 20 minutes

Ingredients –

Capsicums – 2(large in size)

Onion – 1(finely chopped)

Mashed potatoes -1/4 cup

Paneer grated – 1/4 cup

Crushed peanuts – 1 tsp

Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp

Red chilli powder – 1 tsp

Chat masala – 1/2 tsp

Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp

Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp

Salt to taste

Recipe –

Cut the capsicums in half and deseed it. Keep it aside after brushing it with a little oil and sprinkling it with salt. Heat some oil in a pan and add the ginger-garlic paste and chopped onions, carrots, and cauliflower, chopped; however, this is optional. Combine the mashed potatoes, paneer, and all of the additional dried spices and peanuts in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly distributed. Remove the pan from the heat and add some chopped coriander leaves. Fill the capsicum with the stuffing after drying it. In a nonstick skillet. Drizzle a little oil on both sides of the capsicum and roast for no more than 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove from the heat when the exterior begins to burn slightly and serve hot.
