Take the peanuts and dry roast them until golden brown. Then put them in the mixer for about 5 seconds till partially crushed.
Step 4
Pot the Sabudana, crushed peanuts, mashed potatoes, Jeera, chopped chillies and coriander, lemon juice, and salt to taste and mix it all well.
Step 6
Make the mixture into a dough and then small balls off the dough. Put the balls on your palm and flatten them.
Step 7
Put some oil in a kadhai on medium flame. Once the oil is heated enough, drop in your Sabudana wadas and let them deep fry until golden brown. Take them out and put them on a plate.
