Here’s a special veg/non-veg special recipe for you. For the ones who love to put veggies in every recipe and also for those who love to eat non-veg very often.

Ingredients- 2 cups broccoli florets, 1 tbsp. water, 2 tbsp. peanut oil, 4 garlic cloves, 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth, 1 tbsp. soya sauce, 1 tbsp. oyster sauce, 2 tbsp. fresh grated ginger roots, a pound uncooked medium shrimps, ¼ cup canned water chestnuts, 2 tbsp. corn starch.
Procedure:-
1. Add broccoli and water in a glass bowl, steam it in microwave for 2-3 minutes.
2. Heat peanut oil in a large skillet.
3. Add garlic and cook for a minute.
4. Add chicken broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and ginger root to the garlic, and reduce the flame.
5. Bring the mixture to boil and now add shrimps, cook it until it turns pink.
6. Toss chestnuts and steamed shrimps into the mixture to coat it with the sauce.
7. Add cornstarch it the mixture, 1 tbsp. at a time and mix well until turn into right consistency.
