Most of the people reading this are non-vegans. Many non-vegans don’t actually love to eat any vegan foods. We all may have avoided vegan foods many times. We often have chosen non-veg foods over veg foods. But here’s a vegan recipe for you that you will surely love-
VEGAN GARLIC ALFREDO PASTA-
Ingredients- 12 ounces pasta, 2 tbsp vegan butter, ½ chopped red onion, 1 cup overnight soaker cashew, ¼ cup pasta water, 1 ½ cup unsweetened almond milk, 4 cloves of roasted garlic, 2 tbsp nutritional yeast, ½ tsp sea salt, Parmesan cheese, 1 tbsp lime juice.
Procedure- 1. Cook pasta and take out ¼ of pasta water.
2. Take a pan, heat the butter, add onion, and cook until translucent.
3. Remove onions from the pan and add them to a blender. Also, add cashew, pasta water, almond milk, roasted garlic, nutritional yeast, sea salt, vegan parmesan cheese, and lime juice.
4. Blend it together until it turns creamy.
5. Transfer the pasta to the pan and add the alfredo sauce to it and stir.
6. Top with parsley and some parmesan cheese.
