Butter Garlic Mushroom is an easy recipe where the button mushrooms are cooked in butter and herbed garlic sauce. The dish is totally delicious. The dish takes about 7-8 minutes to get fully cooked.

Below is an easy Butter Garlic Mushroom recipe for two servings (you can increase the quantity of the ingredients as per your requirement for servings).

Ingredients: 1 cup mushrooms, i.e. around 100 gas clean and rinsed, 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tsp crushed pepper, 11 tub mixed herbs, salt to taste, 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander.

Method:

1. Slice the mushrooms thin and place them aside. Melt the butter and add the minced garlic and sauce for 2 minutes.

2. Now add mushrooms. Sauce for about a minute and let it cook and sauce again.

3. Now, add the mixed herbs and the pepper.

4. Sauce again and add the salt as per your requirement. Sprinkle the coriander leaves on the top and then sauté again for a minute and switch off the flame.
